Document Exchange Use Case Examples

Getting from a proposal to a countersigned contract

Getting from a proposal to a countersigned contract

Signatures, and countersignatures are irrevocably attached to the proposal, and to the contract.

The DactaTrace Document Exchange ensures that both sender and recipient can prove the exact time when the proposal was signed, sent, delivered, received, viewed, and countersigned.

The DactaTrace Document Exchange provides non-repudiation in both directions, i.e., the sender cannot deny the fact of having signed and sent the proposal, and the recipient cannot deny the fact of having received, viewed, and countersigned the proposal, turning the proposal into a countersigned contract.

Secure and controlled sharing of proprietary or otherwise sensitive information

Documents classified as CONFIDENTIAL are protected through end-to-end encryption.

Confidential documents are encrypted while in transit, as well as in the private document archives of both the sender, and the recipient.

The DactaTrace Document Exchange ensures that the sender can prove what information was shared with whom (and when), and that (and when) the recipient(s) actually received the information.
